- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 8 curry leaves
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)
- 3 green chillies (Thai, chopped)
- 2 cups water
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coconut (grated fresh, I use freshly frozen. Don't use dessicated coconut. Skip if you cant find fresh frozen coconut)
