Wish I would have read these reviews earlier. I made these and followed the recipe. Was very disappointed in how they turned out. Texture was not good. Kind of dense and mushy at the same time. Will not make again. A somewhat expensive lesson learned due to cost of the cheese. A big let down.

I changed a little bit the recipe. I uses 60 grams of brown sugar and 1 tbsp of honey. I also replaced the butter by 100grams of greek yogurt. I also added a lemon curd !
