A simple, flavorful hummus recipe that makes getting your veggies a cinch!
- 2 cups canned chickpeas (drained)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Za'atar (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to the food processor container (except Za'atar), and process until smooth.
- Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl, top with za'atar, and serve with a variety of crudite.
