Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Za'atar (optional)

Directions

  1. 1Add all the ingredients to the food processor container (except Za'atar), and process until smooth.
  2. 2Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl, top with za'atar, and serve with a variety of crudite.
