Recipe turned out well. I added some blueberries to the flour mixture and they were a nice addition. I like that the pancakes are made with whole wheat flour and no oil and that the yogurt adds protein.

Very fluffy pancakes and the lemon flavour with the berries was very nice! I shied away from as much lemon zest as what the recipe said, only putting in the zest of one lemon which I thought was the right amount for a hint of lemon flavour. I thought more zest might overpower, but if you love the taste of lemon, go for it! I was also worried that the pancakes would not cook properly due the thickness - this batter does not pour like my usual recipe, but they did cook and maybe that is what made them so thick yet fluffy. A definite keeper in my books. Next time I will try raspberries or blueberries as they go really well with lemon too!

These pancakes were rather simple to make, and nice n thick and fluffy. My family enjoyed them, and they were very filling. Two thumbs up!

My family LOVED this recipe! I didn't add the lemon zest, but I did add blueberries and they turned out amazing! The batter is pretty dense which made me kinda nervous, but they turned out way fluffier than expected! This will be our new go to pancake recipe!!!
