A granita made with sweetened fruit juice and water-–so easy to make and so refreshingly delicious!
- 1/4 cup C&H Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind (finely grated)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 8 sprigs mint (optional garnish)
