Turned out really great. I had some vegan sour cream that’s pretty tart, so I added that to get to the 1/3 c after squeezing my lemon (I only had one fresh lemon on hand). I didn’t have pine nuts, so I toasted pepitas instead. I also added in some spinach at the end. Whole family loved it!

Great dish, love the flavors. We decided to sauté our garlic before adding it to the pasta, and it tasted great! Easy meal, would make again!

It had good flavor, we don’t eat oil so omitted that and added chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach- and cilantro instead of parsley- wish I had made more sauce for a more moist sauce but that’s my mistake.

Would definitely make again. Four star because it feels a little bland without tweeting the recipe a bit. Added a bit of basil and seasoned my pine nuts before roasting them.

I can’t believe how good this was! It was so super simple so I wasn’t expecting to be wowed by it and thought it may turn out a little bland but it was AMAZING. I was limited on time and needed to whip something up quickly so decided to make this and was so pleasantly surprised by how flavorful this turned out. I skipped the nectar and thought it tasted great. We had this just as pasta but would be amazing paired with chicken. It reminds me of a white wine sauce. It’s so light and refreshing.

perfect balance of lemon, salt and garlic. so simple yet flavorful. if yours turns out too tart add more salt. i paired this with pinenut and parmesan crusted chicken cutlets and broccoli. will definitely make again.

It was a lot more lemon-y than I expected, but was still very good. I added some Parmesan cheese when I served it, and that was very good too

It turned out perfect! Although I made more of it that it said and I also added spinach to get some protein, which suited perfectly! I highly recommend it!! Super easy and quick :D

Really great simple recipe. Loved how quickly it came together. Next time I’ll double the garlic
