Cuts like butter, looks and smells amazing, and actually really simple! I paired it with instant potatoes and bluebird steamable broccoli and my husband couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely incredible!! The family loved it. Would highly recommend it, I also made the tomato avocado salad I think it went really well together.

delicious! definitely adding to our menu. instead of using the garlic paste in the first step, used minced garlic and mixed all ingredients into the marinade due to forgetting the garlic cloves at the store. still came out fantastic. used a little less lemon juice as well. after cooking, let it marinade again in the marinade mixture for 5 mins to really get the flavor in.

Absolutely delicious! Extremely Flavorful. I paired it up with some herbed mashed potatoes made with olive oil and some steamed broccoli for a all around hit for the whole family. Fed all six of us!

Excellent flavor! Didn’t do the 2nd dunk because I marinaded about 2 hours. Think you could just roast the garlic to make the paste vs simmer in olive oil but it was great and I’ll use the left over garlic olive oil.

Making garlic olive oil seemed unnecessary but very tasty

The meat was great - love flank steak. Make the dunk in the marinade after cooking brief and it helps keep the meat from getting bitter. We added fresh ginger to the marinade and topped the meat we served with finely diced fresh herbs and it was great. Served with a quinoa and pepper salad and fresh veggies and it was a great meal!

i need to try it again without the second marinade. After that dunk the steak tasted strongly of lemon.
