- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (cut into 1/4-inch pieces)
- 1/2 lemon (for baking)
- 1/2 lemon (for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Arrange the fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the minced garlic and butter pieces evenly over fillets.

It baked fine, but the flavor was overwhelming garlic. Would’ve like to have tasted more citrus from the lemon.

great! my husband said its a dish that belongs in a restaurant. maybe i am gordon ramsey material! i paired the tilapia with carrots in a honey glaze and shoepeg corn in a butter sauce. quick, easy, and healthy!
