- 6 fillets salmon (~ 2 1/2 lbs wild caught, ; skin on)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 unsalted butter (tabs, ~ 2 Tbsp, ; each tab = 1 tsp)
- 3 lemons (; sliced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped, ; chopped)

This Salmon Was Awesome. It’s 100% the butter. I used dried dill and it was fine.

I made this last night 04/09/16, It was wonderful, The Salmon was flaky and succulent. I would absolutely make this again.
