One of the hardest things about making a lemon dijon chicken recipe that the entire family will love is the amount of time it takes to grill or sautee the chicken. And then later, you’ll spend even more time cleaning up the mess. In most households these days, who has time anymore for cooking a full healthy and wholesome meal? It’s doable three or four nights a week, but for the most part, it would be great to have a few easy recipes on hand to help ease some of the burdens of meal preparation…

This lemon dijon chicken recipe is exactly what the doctor ordered. With Tyson® Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets as ingredient-number one, the only prep work is whisking together the remaining ingredients — chicken broth, lemon juice, spices, and Dijon mustard — and then pour the glaze over your grilled and ready chicken breast fillets.

This lemon chicken goes well with a side of white rice, steamed vegetables, and potatoes. If you did choose this lemon Dijon chicken recipe for its time-saving element, then there’s more good news. You can make plenty of extra servings so there’s enough for everyone to pack for lunch the next day. As a twist, make lemon grilled chicken breast fillet heroes on kaiser rolls with mayonnaise, red onion, lettuce and a slice of tomato. Having leftovers is one of the best things about this lemon dijon recipe!

High praise from my parents over this sauce. I grilled my own chicken with only dried basil as the rub, then drizzled with the topping after shredding it. It was a little strong on the mustard for me, but the family liked it, which was a win.

it didn't have much flavor. However, I use my own chicken breast and not the ones that were specified in the recipe.
Good recipe and easy, may use a little more lemon and less mustard and garlic next time to make the kids happy. Browned chicken in pan then added sauce. Could double marinate and boil it down after removing chicken. Served with rice.

This was an easy recipe to make and turned out great. I like that it didn't require too many uncommon ingredients like some recipes do. It took me a little longer to make than I expected, but the chicken turned out good and wasn't dry. Will definitely make again.

I was looking for a quick meal on a day I did not feel like cooking and tried this recipe. My family really enjoyed it and they are picky eaters. I will be preparing this again. Every meal does not have to be from scratch to be tasty.

Excellent! Quite simple and tasty for those who haven’t much time to prepare meals. PS - BTW... I am a professional chef and use the microwave oven quite often. It is a great cooking tool. Most restaurants view it no different than any other cooking tool, no different than a stove, a flat top grill, or even a Sous Vide water bath. Everything has a purpose.
