Ingredients

  • 1 liter skim milk
  • 140 grams lemon curd
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 50°C (approximately 125°F) for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat lemon curd with milk.
  3. Heat mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool until the temperature is about 120ºF.
  5. Mix sugar, milk powder and yogurt.
  6. Mix milk mixture and sugar mixture until smooth and creamy.
  7. Place in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Turn off oven heat.
  9. Place bowl in the warm oven and let stand for 10-12 hours.
  10. Stir yogurt with a fork.
  11. Transfer to sterilized jars, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
