Lemon Curd Liquid Yogurts

Ingredients

1 liter skim milk
140 grams lemon curd
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 plain yogurt

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 50°C (approximately 125°F) for 20 minutes.
2Beat lemon curd with milk.
3Heat mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
4Remove from heat and let cool until the temperature is about 120ºF.
5Mix sugar, milk powder and yogurt.
6Mix milk mixture and sugar mixture until smooth and creamy.
7Place in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
8Turn off oven heat.
9Place bowl in the warm oven and let stand for 10-12 hours.
10Stir yogurt with a fork.
11Transfer to sterilized jars, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
