Ingredients

  • 1 liter skim milk
  • 140 grams lemon curd
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 plain yogurt

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 50°C (approximately 125°F) for 20 minutes.
  2. 2Beat lemon curd with milk.
  3. 3Heat mixture in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. 4Remove from heat and let cool until the temperature is about 120ºF.
  5. 5Mix sugar, milk powder and yogurt.
  6. 6Mix milk mixture and sugar mixture until smooth and creamy.
  7. 7Place in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
  8. 8Turn off oven heat.
  9. 9Place bowl in the warm oven and let stand for 10-12 hours.
  10. 10Stir yogurt with a fork.
  11. 11Transfer to sterilized jars, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
