- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 7 dates
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup almond meal (or almond flour)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 cups coconut milk (I used SoDelicious unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp. agar agar flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 pinches turmeric (for color)
- 1 pinch salt (I used pink Himalayan)
- 6 oz. plain yogurt (container of non-dairy, I used SoDelicious coconut plain)
