Don't do what I did and overcook the quinoa. The recipe states 6-10 minutes, and I cooked per package directions (15). Too mushy. I added at least twice the amount of cranberries to offset the citrusy taste of lemon and coriander. My extras were chopped pecans and halved grape tomatoes. Very tasty recipe.
