Easy and tasty! Even my kids approved. I used already cooked rice instead of orzo.
Pretty good. I used rice in place of orzo for gluten free.

This soup was refreshing, filling, and flavorful. I added more olive oil, salt, and pepper and some fresh lemon juice when serving. I will definitely be making it again!

Quite tasty! Good blend of flavours. I added some lemon zest and next time would use a little less orzo as it was a little thick

So yummy. Changed recipe slightly (used an orzo/rice mix which i browned in butter before adding to the soup, added extra lemon, salt and cayenne) and it was delicious!
Great recipe, but I had to add a little salt. I enjoyed how the lemon brightened up the soup. The biggest bonus was that my children loved it!

I love this soup! I often substitute a potato for the chickpeas. It gives it a nice comfort food feel foe the winter. Thank you for sharing!

Very good- I added some chopped, fresh spinach at the end and a drizzle of olive oil. I'll put more lemon juice and some zest next time!

This is a five star meal, a wonderful soup. I made it the week before Thanksgiving, and the rosemary, thyme flavor makes it a great prep for the big day 😉 I will make again all year round.
