    1. Equipment: large pan for chicken, small pot for orzo, grater, strainer
    2. In your small pot, add water and season heavily with salt. Once the water is boiling, add the orzo to the pot.
    3. Place your large pan over high heat. Grab your chicken thighs and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle the pan with olive oil and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken thighs to the hot pan.

The written instructions leave some things unclear. My boyfriend and I had to add to the sauce because ours didn’t stay while the thighs were cooking. Over all not bad flavours though

This was delightful. I substituted chicken breasts for thighs, but it still packed a lot of flavor. The orzo with dill and feta was incredible. It took me about a half hour start to finish, so still relatively quick to make. Will definitely make again, great find.

Good! I just want to know (and might be missing something where it’s listed) how many servings this makes for nutritional purposes.

We really enjoyed this. We used 1tsp of dill instead of 2TBSP and felt we could've gone even less, or use a different seasoning (I really like dill, but not everyone does). Overall though, we really liked it.

Absolutely amazing and soooo easy! I put sliced lemons under the chicken skin. Would recommend halving the chili and dill, and tripling the feta for the pasta.

This was delicious. I’m made it with a local Myer lemon a friend gave me and oooooh so good. I didn’t add the extra butter at the end I wanted to but didn’t need to. I would add if I was feeling luxurious. Quick and easy dinner. It will be added to my regular repertoire.

this dish turned out great. I used crumbled feta, so did not have any feta water, but it was still very tasty. I read another review which was a great idea, to add spinach to the orzo for some vibrant color, and to have a veggie added. turned out excellent. will definitely be making this again.

First time I made it, I accidentally used chipotle chili powder. It overpowered the rest of the dish. This time I used regular chili powder and only used to taste. Much better but still strong. I can’t find Aleppo, but it makes me wonder if it is milder than the average chili powders. The chicken and sauce were amazing the first time and just as delicious this time.

Amazing! I didn’t have any feta water so I added about 1/2 cup of the pasta water. I also switched to fresh dill and added a lot of feta. This was a hit, my toddlers even ate it!

Yum yum yum Used paprika, fresh dill and added a lot lot lot more feta. That must be a mistake in the ingredients.

The whole scenario repeated in my kitchen, including “where is my salt??... WHERE IS MY SALT?” :) My guests licked their fingers! Me too... I can’t believe something so tasty took only 15 minutes to prepare. This will be on repeat. P.S. I used hot chili flakes instead of Aleppo chillies, and fresh dill instead of dry.

Really really good. I’m not a good cook. Just starting to pick it up as a pandemic skill. Felt like a pro after making this.

This is our new family favorite! Leftovers are great too, so I will make extra every time. Thanks Chef!

Very good! I might add slightly less dill next time, but it was good nonetheless. Be sure to brown the chicken well.
