WONDERFUL!!!! This is one of our family favorites now. We make it at least once a month. I personally love dill and lemon so I added more of both plus more rice..

Excellent recipe. I used a little of the broth to saute some dumplings in a separate pan. Then added them on top of the soup. My family loved it!

This was so good, my husband loved it, as well. The lemon and fresh dill make it fresh and light. It’s freezes well, just add more lemon and dill when you reheat.

Tasty and easy. Could probably use chicken broth and chop up the chicken breast to save some time instead of making a broth. Only ding is the lemon flavor was a little too pronounced. Would like it a bit more subtle.

This soup came out wonderful! My family loved it ! The only thing that was a little confusing was the 8 cups of water that covered the chicken boiled down to a little over one cup of broth. I took a chance and added back in 7 cups of water before cooking the rice. I did taste it as I added the water and it actually was still a wonderful flavor. It turned out just fine

Dill could have been toned down a bit but it was quite a tasty soup with all the flavors combined.

Amazing! We did rotisserie chicken instead of cooking the chicken and it was still amazing!!

Delicious! I changed the seasoning a bit and used Trader Joe’s seasoning mix with lemon zest and mixed spices. A very tasty basic chicken soup.
