Delicious! My husband had three helpings! (Rare for him.) I cut the lemon juice in half (juice from 1 lemon instead of 2) and that was just right for us. Didn’t add any pasta water ‘cause the sauce’s thickness was fine. Added some fresh broccoli to the linguine for the last five minutes of cooking.

It was easy to make but the lemon overpowered the flavor. If I ever decide to make this again, I’ll definitely use less lemon juice and replace some with chicken broth or something.

This was super easy! I did switch it up a bit I added 1/2 cup white wine into the pan with lemon slices and lemon juice and butter then dressed the pasta in the pan and put into a large bowl leaving the liquid behind then added the chicken into the sauce with the herbs and pasta water and heated through. At the end I threw in a cup of chopped artichoke and tossed it all together. It was a hit!

This is amazing! It turned out great even though I used less butter than requested in the recipe. So creamy but not too heavy, A fast dinner and fabulous left over! Love, love, love!
