    very flavorful, can double the lemon juice and chicken broth if you want to be more generous to yourself. I seared the chicken until gilden brown and then finished the chicken in the oven amd it was spectacular.

    I made extra sauce and added a little cream and boiling water. The lemon and stock vanished when they hit the frying pan so I had to play around a bit to get the flavours right. Turned out delicious but not sure how faithful it was to the original recipe.

    This is my go to recipe for lemon chicken, it always turns out wonderful. I would note that increaseing the amount of sauce for your recipe should be considered as i found its just barley enough. I also don't usually pound out the chicken, and its still very good, just takes a few minutes longer to cook the chicken through.

    It was delicious! I used breast tenders. It was fine with a little less butter and oil for a lower-calorie version, as well :)

    Really great simple recipe my whole family loves it I recommend increasing the ingredients for the sauce but a little does go a long way
