    Absolutely do not use butter and throw it and the garlic in at the beginning. The butter will burn before the fish is done; use olive oil. Garnishes go in at the end. It comes out well only if you know better, so not the best for beginners that don’t know much about cooking.

    a very quick and easy way to make some good salmon without overwhelming the natural flavor. cooking the garlic without burning it before the fish is done is really the only tricky detail, and that's not so bad.
