Made this according to the instructions, except a couple minor changes. I did add 1 tb olive oil to the butter when I grilled the chicken. It was perfect! The lemon is not overpowering and is just right! Additionally, I waited until after I took the chicken out of the oven before I cooked the spinach. I just took the chicken out of the pan and wilted the spinach to my liking.

Great recipe! I added capers which were good. I also added 1 cup of chicken chicken broth ‘cause I like-a da sauce. It was great over rice. I might reduce the thyme and add a bit more lemon juice but that’s just my take on it. DEFINITELY will make again!

This was pretty good! I will make this again from time to time but reduce the chicken broth and maybe dredge the chicken in a little flour to produce a thicker sauce.

put more greens in the dish prior to baking. I recommend 3 cups. the sauce ia very tasty. try breasts as a substitute.

Very good. Light on lemon flavor, which makes this an easy dish for a crowd. I added lemon zest to rice I cooked on the side and that was a perfect blend. Next time I might add a little zest to dish, if it's just DH and me. I used boneless, skinless thighs and shortened cooking time to allow for smaller, boneless meat pieces. I also used a bag of spinach and just dumped it in - who has time to chop?!? :) Will make again.

Didn't like the smoked paprika and found it too lemony...perhaps my lemon was too large. Sorry to be the voice of dissent but not a keeper.
