The cod should have been pan seared or fried. The flour was too doughy and the fish tasted like butter and lemon. Next time we will cook it differently.

This is one of my go to meals. I use greek seasoning to flavor the cod. That is the only thing I do differently. Everyone in the family likes it. Its easy to make and it teast good too!

The cooking temp was off which left the flour coating soft and doughy, especially on the bottom. Will try again but with modifications: lightly season fish; raise oven temp to 400 degrees or sear on top of stove; would drizzle butter on after fish is cooked.

Was delicious!! I did add a whole stick of butter and squeezed a whole lemon which was delicious. I also used garlic salt instead of regular salt. But my pick eater ate it so win for me.

The temp and time stated in the recipe was not right, flour on the fish was still doughy. Would have been better to increase the temp and possible shorter time. I had to put under the broiler to brown it up.
