This is the second time I’ve made these scones and each time has been a success! Directions are super easy and doesn’t take long. This time I had some left over lemon zest so I added it to the powdered sugar, along with 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. By 20 minutes the scones turn lightly brown. These never last more than 2 days in our house. Delicious!!

Everything tasted great! I was a little nervous trying to kneed it together, I began smashing the blueberries but it eventually all came together and tastes amazing!
