  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (or more, if needed, for thickening)

    Easy. Quick. Did not have any whole lemons for zest so used dried lemon peel. For glazed, used 3/4 cup powdered sugar and only 1 Tbsp of lemon juice. Needed to cook for 60 mins. Note to self....use Temptations glass bread pan.

    I made tgos bread with two alterations: i used vegan butter because I have a cows milk allerrgy, and lemon juice only because I cant zest. i used half a lemon for the batter and the other half for the glaze. My family loved ot This is going in my home cookbook.
