Added a diced fennel bulb because we needed to use it. Didn’t have cilantro, so used parsley. A little bland but better with more salt.

It turned out great! I loved the flavor before the lemon but with it was great also. I enjoyed the cauli-rice. My KIDS ate it up.

Fantastic! Took a little longer than I thought, but well worth it. I used lime juice instead of lemons. I used some refrigerated dry basil. And for leftovers I stirred in some tomato basil feta cheese. I will add that in the beginning next time. Very very yummy recipe!

The best cauliflower rice recipe! I have tried many and this was the best by far. The lemon and the cilantro made it very fresh. I increased the lemon juice and added the zest of one lemon. I used coconut oil instead of olive but the combination with the asparagus is a taste treat. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Timing on this recipe is right on.

I am eating this right now - and it is FANTASTIC!!! It tastes just like Fried Rice! I added some oriental seasoning, sesame oil, green onions, Kikkoman low-sodium soy sauce and two eggs to my version. I LOVE IT and will definitely make this again ... WOW! Thanks!!

U'Found' cauliflower rice a few months back.. Once tried, one is 'sold' I have used it as the. Base of a typical fried rice. Add whatever you have in the fridge that's tasty just as if you are making your Normall fried rice. Great as a base for any yum sauces you make, ie carbonara. Makes a wholesome tasty light carb meal Quick. . Easy. Tasty. Toss it in garlic or chilli infused olive oil.... Coconut oil is yummy t o fry/toss it in also. Mmmmmmm.

Absolutely awesome!!!! Yes I will make it again. The only thing that I added was a small amount of garlic.
