Layered with cranberry sauce, brie cheese, and then wrapped into a gorgeous pinwheel and topped with Italian seasoning, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.

  • 6 ounces leftover turkey (4-6 oz., from BBQ Cranberry Glazed Turkey recipe, or any leftover sliced whole turkey or turkey breast)
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (chunky)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, unroll the crescent triangles and arrange in a circle. Pointed ends should be facing out, and you may need to slightly overlap the interior of the circle.
    3. Layer the thin slices of turkey, then cranberry sauce, and finally the brie slices.
