Was really good. I didn’t have any breadcrumbs so I swapped out a mixture of crushed potato chips and crushed goldfish crackers then added 1 Tbs of mayo and 1 tbs of coarse ground mustard. Lastly I added a 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning. Fried in a cast iron skillet. Actually it seems I strayed pretty far from this recipe but it was really good.

I made this for my daughters who are very picky and they loved it! I also made an avocado salad dressing/dip to go with it.

Sounds good. Can’t really rate the recipe because the app won’t let me see the whole thing until I submit a rating. Maybe wanna let me try it first?

Easy to make. A bit dry, so we used a lot of ketchup. We did bake instead of fry, though. Next time would reduce the breadcrumbs...

Excellent! I added a little Cajun seasoning to the recipe and made them into chicken burgers. They were excellent on a hamburger bun with mayo.
