- 6 leeks (small)
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 150 grams diced ham
- 145 grams tomme de savoie cheese
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 6 puff pastry (Vol au Vent)
- Wash, peel, and chop the leeks. Cut the Tomme cheese into very small pieces.
- Put the leeks in a hot skillet along with some oil, and brown them on high heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the sour cream, diced ham, and the Tomme cheese.
