  • 12 ounces chicken thigh
  • 3 ounces squash
  • 3 ounces green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 ounces red bell pepper
  • 2 ounces celery
  • 2 ounces onion
  • 2 cups stir fry sauce (Lee Lum Kee Sriracha)

    Directions

    1. Cut chicken thigh in pieces. Mix chicken, 1 tbsp corn starch and half of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Stir-Fry Sauce in one big bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
    2. Cut bell peppers, onions, squash and celery in pieces.
    3. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Stir fry onion until fragrant and add chicken. Stir fry until 70% cooked. Add the remaining sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Continue to cook for about 3 minutes until sauce becomes thick. Serve.
