Baked the veggies under the chicken, only thighs, tomatoes and garlic side of the chicken. Cooking time was just right. This is a "must make again." Added a cup of water half way...will add white wine next time for more sauce.

Delicious!! Easy to make and I will definitely make again I made it with chicken breasts the veggies were the star of this recipe!

yhe turn out was unbelievable. Best thing ive made in a long time. And I cook alot. i added whole garlic and swapped the tomatoes with wedges of one Red Pepper (to alleviate too much juice resulting in a soggy dish). Perfect. The marinade/dressing will be a constant go to. Ymm-O!
