- 1 1/2 lb. pork loin roast (boneless, coarsely ground*)
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup onion (diced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 29 oz. diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 15 oz. kidney beans (OR pinto beans, drained and rinsed)

Directions
- Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan over medium high heat. Saute pork, garlic, onion and green pepper for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in seasonings, tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
