Description

This is an easy Chili recipe I've been working on for several years. Each time I make it, it's using something different. Finally I put pen to paper as it were and I hope you guys enjoy.

Ingredients

10 SERVINGS
  • 16 ounces chili beans (Bush's, Medium Chili Sauce 6 Cans)
  • 10 ounces rotel (Tomato & Green Chilies 2 Cans)
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes (Hunt's)
  • McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix (Recommend 3)
  • 1 pound hot sausage
  • 14 ounces fire-roasted diced tomatoes (Hunt's)

    Directions

    1. Brown the hot sausage (drain, don't rinse)
    2. Add EVERYTHING ELSE! (stir)
    3. Heat until simmering, let simmer for 30 min. (until you can't take it anymore!)
    4. At this point you can add your favorite corn chip, sour cream, hot sauce, cheese, and/or fresh chives to your bowl.
