I love this recipe, this is the second time I have made it. I parboiled the potatoes ahead of time, that way the potatoes were completely cooked. I used sliced Monterey Jack cheese and fried mushrooms. I would recommend this recipe to anyone along with the changes I made.

This needs more baking time than the recipe calls for - even after an hour the potatoes were not done. Also added onions, which I think it needed.
