- 4 latkes (leftover)
- 1/2 lb. beef brisket (leftover)
- 1 Tbsp. dill
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish (fresh)
- 1 red onion
- 8 oz. non dairy sour cream

Directions
- Mix together the non dairy sour cream, dill, parsley, horseradish, and salt to taste in a medium-sized bowl. In a pan, heat the “leftover” latkes and move onto a serving plate.
- Add "leftover" brisket to the pan and heat through. Place heated brisket on top of each latke.
- Top with sour cream sauce, chives, and thinly sliced red onions.

I have NOT tried this recipe, but FYI: An Orthodox Jew would NEVER mix meat (beef, chicken, etc.) and dairy…. Even Jews from more liberal streams of the faith might NOT serve this dish within their own homes and (even LESS likely) at an “official” (Jewish) event such as a Hanukkah Party; at a synagogue Oneg; etc…. Kosher fish, kosher “soy burger,” fruits/veggies, etc may replace the beef and should generally be OK…. Assuming that the beef is kosher and no other dairy products are served, kosher nondairy sour cream is another option.
