  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese ([I don't like Parmesan, so I replaced this with Cheddar])
  • 250 grams lasagne (dried egg, sheets)
  • 500 milliliters creme fraiche (tub of)
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese ([again, I subbed this for Cheddar])
  • 1 tomato (large ripe)
