12 lasagna noodles
1 red onion (chopped)
1 carrots (chopped)
1 zucchini (chopped)
350 grams ground beef
15 ounces sauce (Jar Korma Cooking, by Patak's)
olive oil
250 grams cheese (mozzarela, grated)


1Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
3When oil is hot, saute the onion until translucent.
4Add carrots and zucchini, and cook until tender.
5Add ground beef and saute until cooked through.
6Season with salt and pepper.
7Add the Korma sauce and toss to coat everything.
8Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
9On a baking dish, put a little olive oil.
10Arrange 6 lasagna noodles in the bottom.
11Top with a layer of meat sauce, then top with a new layer of pasta. Continue until all noodles and sauce are used.
12Finish with a layer of meat sauce and top with grated cheese.
13Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
