- 1 1/2 pounds mozzarella cheese (grated or sliced)

great. really depends on sauce so you have to play with sugar, vinegar and some other spices. i added some red pepper for a little zing.

This was so great!! We did the least amount of sugar and loaded on the cheese. Used whole wheat pasta to add some nutrients. It’s a delicious recipe! Will definitely make again!

My family's favorite!! They ask all the time for it! We aren't big on Italian seasoning, so we left off oregano... and I always add more cheese, grated Parmesan and Italian cheese blend.

I made it this afternoon and everyone loved it, I'm Cuban so I modified it bit of the ground beef seasoning but otherwise, followed every step and enjoyed it very much.

Very good recipe and super easy to follow. I added freshly chopped garlic and more basil and crushed pepper to the sauce for my liking.

It was good! I did add bell pepper as i had none on hand. In addition, I didn't really want to make sweeter so I skipped the sugar. I tweaked the ricotta a bit by adding oregano, an egg and basil.

This was a great recipe! I substituted the ricotta cheese for cottage cheese. (I don't like ricotta). I also used 1/2lbs ground beef, and 1/2 lbs Italian sausage. (Instead of all ground beef). It served about 8-10 servings.

Omg so good! I don't like bell peppers so i made it without and used cottage instead of ricotta because it was much cheaper and i am a student😄 Still tasted great! I will most definitely make it again.

This was a great lasagna recipe. I had never made lasagna before and it was very easy with the detailed instructions. I added caramellized mushrooms and onions for a little extra flavor.
