    I made one side with ground beef, and one side with eggplant, and both turned out great. For the egg plant side, I started with some olive oil to sauté the onion mixture, and then added finally chopped eggplant once the onion mixture was soft. Everything else remained the same. Will definitely make again.

    switched out cottage cheese for ricotta and mild Italian sausage. came out amazing. everyone loved it.

    awesome. I accidentally misread the recipe and mixed the mozzarella into the cottage cheese (LOL!) but it still turned out amazingly delicious. Veryyyyyy yummy.

    Really good lasagna, we all loved it! Took a little longer for me to make and I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage. It was sooo good!!

    Amazing!!! We followed the recipe, but cut the Mozzarella with some Asiago for more flavor. Used bake ready Barilla noodles. INCREDIBLE!

    Family loves it!! I made it twice in a few weeks. Easy! I used ricotta and oven ready noodles. Put together on the weekend yo throw in the oven on a weekday. Make double amd freeze one.

    This was delicious I also used ricotta cheese instead of cottage and added Italian seasoning to the sauce. Very nice consistency not runny at all... definitely will make again!

    Very yummy. I substituted cottage cheese for sour cream and it still tasted good. It lasted us a while and I will make again.
