  • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 2 cups tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  • 4 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 inch ginger root (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons tamarind
  • 1 onions (medium, diced)
  • 3 carrots (medium, diced)
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 1 can coconut milk
