  • 1 1/2Β pounds lamb (fat trimmed and cut into 3/4 inch cubes)

  • 4Β tablespoons curry paste (Patak's Madras, or less if you don't like spicy food, use any brand of hot curry paste or powder that you have)

  • 1Β cup light coconut milk (original recipe used dessicated coconut)

So easy and delicious! Wouldn't change anything, πŸ‘πŸΌ except I did marinate the meat before cooking it.
