It turned out fantastic! And I didn't have any pears so I made the sauce without and it was still delicious. I also substituted apple cider vinegar because I didn't have any balsamic vinegar and it came out great. My husband loved it! I served it with roasted asparagus and baked potato. I will use this recipe again.
