Ingredients

  • 150 grams frozen broad beans
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 200 grams potatoes (peeled and thickly sliced)
  • 150 grams lamb steak
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 grams garlic paste (onion-)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

  1. Cook fava beans in boiling salted water for about 20 mins then drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and sauté potatoes over medium heat for 10 mins. Add lamb chops and cook for 10 mins.
  3. Whisk 2 tbsp oil, vinegar, and onion-garlic paste with a pinch of sugar and season. Toss with drained beans and serve with lamb and potatoes. Garnish with rosemary.
