Description
This recipe offers tender chicken with a salty but savory aftertaste. After grinding the wild mushrooms in a food processor they compliment the breadcrumbs, which have a great texture.This is a great meal to make for a dinner party
Ingredients
- 300 grams wild mushrooms
- bread crumbs
- 1 skinless chicken breasts
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 50 degrees Celsius.
- 2Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet and placed in the oven for up to 10 hours to dry them out.
- 3Once they are dry, grind them in a mortar or food processor until they become powder.
- 4In a bowl, mix equal parts mushroom powder and breadcrumbs.
- 5Cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- 6In a bowl mix the egg and water. Coat the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- 7Fry the chicken in a deep fryer or skillet at 180 C until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- 8Serve with the desired sauce.
