Easy, delicious. Kung Pao can be too spicey, its nice that I can adjust the pepper. We enjoyed it very much. I also doubled the sauce.

Just a made a little bit more sauce than scheduled, so the rice gets some flavour too. But besides that absolutely great!

We loved the results I used more cornstarch to coat the chicken and corn oil with a little sesame oil mixed in to fry it. I keep chicken broth in an ice cube tray in my freezer for occasions that I want add a little more liquid to a dish. It turned out less salty, which we liked.

Outstanding... easy and tasteful... maybe make 50% more sauce. I also added coriander/cilantro and used cashews instead of peanuts... Another experience is that actually chicken thighs are more moist than chicken breast.

Great! Could make more sauce to moisten the finished chicken, but overall, very good I like Asian food and this recipe keeps me fed for a few days. Stores well.
