Super yummy! I substituted green bell pepper for the spinach. Juicy meat and slightly crunchy veggies are a great combo, plus lots of flavor.

Easy weeknight meal. Cut up a steak to use for the meat and cooked up some brown rice. I added a little more grated ginger and garlic to the sauted veggies to add another layer of flavor.

This was a very delicious recipe, very quick and easy. Needed something more, will try and add red pepper flake while cooking the onions to give a bit more flavor.
