    This turned out great. I used the Trader Joe’s beefless ground beef. I did adjust the sauce recipe a bit based on another Korean beef recipe I’ve used in the past, but it was essentially the same, just with slightly less brown sugar and ground ginger instead of fresh. I also added broccoli just to add another veggie. Overall a really good vegetarian meal.

    I skipped the sesame seeds, I hate them! This was super delicious! Super easy to prepare, and very filling! It can even go well in lettuce wraps or corn tortillas to make Korean tacos!
