This is a great easy recipe. I cooked this as directed in the frying pan while I was roasting potatoes carrots and onions in the oven. When complete with the stove top directions I poured the sauce from the frying pan over the vegetables and placed the pork chops on top. I baked for another 8 to ten minutes, it turned out very good.

I really liked this dish and my husband thought it was wonderful! it turned out tender and moist I did check the internal temp and when it reached 165 Fahrenheit I took it out and it rest. Served with brown rice. Delist!
