Ingredients

  • yellow onion (white/, thin slice)
  • cabbage (thin cut)
  • mushrooms (slice)
  • green onions (thin slice)
  • cilantro
  • squid (slice)
  • shrimp (slice)
  • salt
  • sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Sunchang, Korean hot pepper paste)
  • water

Directions

  1. In a deep pot, bring boil water , add Suchang gochujang, salt and sugar
  2. Add cabbage, onion, seafood
  3. Cook till cabbage and seafood soft
  4. Add beansprout, green onion and cilantro
  5. Let it simmer for 10 minutes more.
  6. Serve with steam rice.
