  • 2 baby spinach (big handfuls, 2 cups packed of)
  • 4 carrots (medium)
  • 5 extra-large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • olive oil (for sauteing)
  • 1 pound top sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup scallions (chopped, green part only)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/3 kiwi (chopped)
