  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 medium potatoes (peeled and diced, I like to use a combination of sweet and white potatoes)
  • 3 carrots (peeled and diced)
  • 1 medium zucchini (diced)
  • 2 onions (medium, diced)
  • 2 cups pork loin (diced)
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3 pounds noodles
