  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for pan-frying, any neutral-flavored oil, I used sunflower)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon gochugaru
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
